Korinne Ashlock joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America®(CTCA) in July 2021 as a Nurse Practitioner at CTCA®Phoenix, serving on a multidisciplinary team focused on managing individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.

After her brother was diagnosed with cancer years earlier, Ashlock sought ways to give back to others. She experienced cancer care through interactions with her brother’s care team and felt it was her calling to provide quality care to others.

Ashlock sees patients with a variety of cancer types and stages. She works closely with a team of dedicated doctors and clinicians to help cancer patients and their families understand their treatment options and formulate a plan. Ashlock is responsible for continuity of care, throughout diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

“I joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America to make a positive impact on someone’s life,” Ashlock says. “I try to get to know them and then focus on personalizing my patients’ care by incorporating their needs and goals into the treatment plan.”

Ashlock received first a Bachelor of Science then a Master of Science degree, both in nursing, from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, and she’s worked in a variety of hospital and clinic settings prior to joining CTCA.

Outside of CTCA, Ashlock loves spending time with her four children and especially enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities.

Patient ratings
Star ratings and comments are only available for medical, radiation and gynecologic oncologists. Gynecologic surgical offerings are not included at this time due to a different survey tool required to evaluate these services. CTCA uses a validated Press Ganey®survey, which captures patient experience feedback for the primary oncology services of chemotherapy and radiation therapy at our comprehensive care and research centers. Following industry best practice, star ratings and comments are only published for physicians with a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys.
